To keep staff roulette manageable, id recommend only playing if the staff on offer cost less than 20k. Took me a couple of hours(while waiting for others to clear the expensive ones). But got myself a 87 tech director for about 300k yesterday. I think i spend around 1m to get 87 coach and youth coach. |

Was in da same mess as u re. But got a 95% senior and 92% junior coaches using da hiring n firing method. U may find it very frustrating especially wen u keep getting coaches less dan da one u ve initially. Just follow da steps recommended by elfosky, i bet u, u will be da next testifier here.  |

If the value of the lowest % coach is above 30k, don't hire any and try again few hours after. Don't force it, take your time and be patient.. |
