Am happy dat i got responds, there are many benefits for this i.e am playing a big match with a big team the opponents are already leading and a player equalized for me and he scored the winning goal, i shud chat with dis player to praise him for what he has done, and chating with players will make managers know their opinions, some players don't want 2 remain in your team, while some players does not want 2 stay in substitution by chatin with players managers can know all this | 16/01/2013 10:22 |

i think he means like having the option to praise a player for their performance in a match to improve morale, and then players being more realistic i.e this player is unhappy at being in the reserves play him more or we will be forced to sell him, that sort of thing | 17/01/2013 02:02 |
