Note that excess stamina loss will eventually lead to fitness loss too.. and also not training them as mentioned prior to this post . 03/02/2013 20:30

You need to run your "Physiotherapist" once a day to keep Fitness levels. You also need to run your "Psychologist" once a day to keep up Moral.

No, i never ran my physio during this season, and fitness never dropped. I train players every day, for stamina i'm sure you don't recover it if don't train, i don't know if it is important for fitness also. This is the reason why i asked the exact role of physio.. never used him, but fitness is always at 99.

There was a very short change over from last season and the Devs decided to keep fitness at 99 as a result. The physiotherapist would not be able to recover fitness from the normal 60 between seasons before the season kicked off.

So the role of the physio is really simple, he recovers fitness. When you have good fitness, you have a greater stamina.

If you dont run your Pshycholigist every day, all your bench players, and all players after a loss will lose moral. you need to run him daily.

Yes i know that, i run phsychologist every day, for the reason you said. But my doubt was on PHYSIOTHERAPIST: what is his usage if fitness never goes down (at least, to me never dropped this season, and i never ran physiotherapist)?

And why they have low fitness, what is that makes players' fitness go down? Just my curiosity, obviously it's not my intention reduce my players' fitness intentionally.

If you don't have training scheduled it goes down 1 point a day (I think) other than that and the start of the season when they normally drop everyone 30-40 points, there isn't really any way for it to drop.

I dont think its against the rules to deliberately lower your own fitness. Up to you.
