No, you don't. Now I run my Physiotherapist once in a week, because tight schedule, I think. Usually I have to run it much rarely.

if you dont and lose, your moral will drop of your players, i suppose you dont have to run it every day, but that is the ideal way.

What moral? We talk about PHYSIOtherapist.
You don't need to run PHYSIOtherapist every day to keep your fitness 99%. Once in a week or rarely is enough.

Sorry misread, and ha I am no @ i am a noob who pays attention. no need to run that one every day. Fitness dont drop for me accept when no training.

Your players have to have 99% Fitness for their stamina to improve. Run your Physiotherapist every 24 hours (One with a high percentage). The higher the percentage, the more it recovers. 06/02/2013 21:31

no it doesn't need to be 99 to improve it

Psychologist recovers morale. when you lose or when players are on the bench, they lose morale. low morale players have lower average abilities

physiotherapist improves fitness. You only need that if you forget to set a training schedule or you buy a player with low fitness.

Stamina is gained every night, the amount of stamina you gain each day is fitness %/10
