Temp promoting is basically a useful thing... esp. For the training of the player;as if he plays starting eleven, he will get 125%motivation... and wen he goes back to juniors, he trains at 160% motivation till the juniors play next game | 12/02/2013 13:52 |

I'm a temp promotion junkie. The three days training at 150+ motivation is great. You can always sub them out at 15 minutes also. |

Hmm. Juniors play like anyother player u field. just without the experience points . So the risk depends on the average and stats of the player actually. |

Temp promotion increases the risk of surprise losses by about 3x in my experience. Otherwise it's great | 12/02/2013 18:36 |

It's just I've got an important game tonight, and don't want to lose. So I've brought a player into my senior team for it. Hope it works! |
