I am afraid what you are saying would led us to having way too many divisions for anyone to get past all those inactive divisions without getting bored. beachbernie said: In the lower divisions everything would stay the same since more managers become inactive there and their teams need to get flushed out of the system. I didn't really get what you meant by this. Because with your technique, we would need way more divisions and/or groups to compensate those groups removed from above. And if we add more groups below then we would need more managers from the division above to give space (promoting, relegating) for those promoting. I also personally think this system is good enough and leaves space for when 1000 users suddenly join... |

What I'm suggesting would only lead to 2 more divisions, since starting at division 5 downward You would still have 8 teams getting relegated. The change would only effect the top divisions. |
