My suggestion is to be able to rescind loans when the party that recieves the player doesnt train them when they said they would. And to be blacklisted as a punishment for 1 or 2 seasons by making them unable to make any loans (either giving or recieving). | 05/04/2013 02:24 |

i think the main idea of loan in real world is not training.... so i dnt think it would be a good idea to terminate a loan contract in between the league | 26/04/2013 18:38 |

This is not the real world; it's a fun simulation (Besides in the real world training and match experience are the reasons) 2. The main (if not only) point of loans in this game is training I think this is a pretty good idea. It would be cool to make a half season loan with a manager option to extend the loan to a full season or something like that |

Ok but you are also wrong in saying that the main point of a loan is not training in real-life.... what is the point of loaning out players in real life other than training and match experience?? This game is fairly close to real life |

we dnt ask for loans to do the work what lending party wants... but what we want.... u cant say that if van persie is loaned to some other team, it is because ferguson wants him to be trained there. thats what i think KingOftheHill said: AKBER_ said: yea i agree that this is not a real world... but i think what makes this game more interesting is its getting close to reality.... The idea is pretty good. In reality we do it in case of an emergency. Surely everyone wants their "virtual" players to grow and be one of the best, so it is the manager's right to choose what's best for the player. Another suggestion related to loans, we should also be able to loan or players to one division higher teams. Users normally deal by swapping players, this is not possible if the other guy is in other div. |

This comes up at least 5 times a season Solution 1- loan to friends or someone with a good reputation for training loaned players, i have been burned once or twice but its all part of the game buddy solution 2 - dont loan players solution 3 - quit |

And to be blacklisted as a punishment for 1 or 2 seasons by making them unable to make any loans (either giving or recieving). I highly doubt being able to suddenly call a loan back will ever be implemented. Multiple reasons but will just give the main 4 i can think of, of course you can find solutions for what I say and make your suggestion better. 1.) A team can loan to someone for just one game and then take his player back. In fact, I would start my business of loaning to teams for few days for a few Golden balls 2.) It might mess up the line-up of the guy you loaned the player too. Of course you might say "it's their fault for training badly" but what happens when someone decides he just hates the manager and does it right before the guy's game? Not everyone plays fair. 3.) For blacklisting thing, the game can't really tell what people agree on and therefore won't be able to decide whether people are blacklisted fairly. In fact, rand responded to such suggestion by stating "a good idea, but probably would end up being meaningless, as people would rate others regarding other topics instead of their loaning services. If we can elaborate it a bit more it could be okay." Number 7 on this thread http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=322422 4.) It was suggested that something such as "half-seasons loan is added but the response from rand was "This is a good idea, but it adds another layer of complexity to the game, and we do not like that"......yup... I just hope they create the night clubs people have been asking for though That's it from me. Edited by patient 04-05-2013 09:50 |
