 I agree that it would be better to loan to those you trust, or to establish a swap if possible, or just to get over it.
However, how many reports do you think there would be of poor training, regardless of the agreements? Is it something an @ would be able to arbitrate and rescind in serious cases, or would there simply be too many cases to work through?

For example, if a manager only improves your high prog player by, say, 7 avg (don't call me out too much on the numbers), that may not count as gross negligence of the player, but if the improvement is 0, for example, that would clearly be an unfair situation.

I understand that @s are busy, I'd just like an enlightened opinion on that. 		04/05/2013 12:35
