ok thanks...how about training? is it here like in hattrick (if you know the game) like you should focus only on one training position like forwards, defenders....or is it here impotant to develop all players? | 01/05/2013 22:21 |

Typically people chose one position type to train, as it allows you to train them everyday. LDF/CDF/RDF/DFM or LIM/IM/RIM or LF/CF/RF are good groupings. Have a look at this chart to get a better idea: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ah_mRsFIHgwgdG85bnQxZ2kzc1ZiZlhLZkE4ekllMFE#gid=0 As far as money goes, be sure you keep building your stadium. As a new user, this is your one steady, consistent source of income. |

If you want a cheap way to build a team, then the cheap positions to buy in junior are lb/rb rm/lm and rw/lw. Obviously lw rw are more expensive than the mids or backs. Im currently doing lw/rw with rb/lb in juniors since i came back to the game since theres alot of overlap in the two. But there are other combos that work quite well. But 80 plus progression(how quickly they get good) players in those areas are very often overlooked, even though with advanced formation you can make them play in more central roles. |

Your on day 2 by the looks of things, as long as you set up a training schedule you should start traing after tomorrow night. Chances are that most of your players will have terrible progression. Thats normal. They will gain things like .02 average. To improve this, buy players who you know have fairly good progression. 75 ish will do for the moment and will be very cheap. Dont spend money you dont need to spend at this moment, keep your weekly salary expenditure low as you can. I would try not to spend more than 1/4 million on any juniors you bring in. Keep checking the market and pick up the odd one here or there. Some of your players will get a red arrow, meaning they are getting worse rather than better. Dont worry too much about it, they are unlikely to be losing alot. If any of your players get anything over .15 gain, they may be alright(but it does depend on what you train and what position they are, sorry for being vague). Finally therea a post in the faq section of the forum, that i would link if i wasnt on ipad. That explains how to do advanced formations, this is the key to the game. Average 40 teams can beat average 60 teams who have crap formations. Read it. Regards G |

This will help you know what training that each position respond to http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=281772 A cue from me if you seek to train RIM LIM IM this training works fine for them Indepth pass Ball control Running Shot on goal Tackling You can repeat each of this training twice in 7days only before you can be able to reschedule such training. |
