You need 8000xp to use it, you get exp points when you win games. Its basically there to stop people creating lots of accounts, forecasting their playersmand selling them to ther main team if they are any good. |

there is no reason why a dedicated manager who is prepared to search through forums to find helpful tips cant get back to back promo right upto div 4 div4 onwards u have to work harder my advice for noob is to find about about youth farming, line up a nice private league where help can be had dont buy expensive senior players - u can sign old players in auction for very lttle or sign 40 ish ave youth with low prg then promote early (use phychologist for few days to get moral to99%) = for pea nuts u can have 40 ave team make an adanced formation and use 100% effort in league games also try to have 2 players for each position - have a b team of losers just to use inbetween league games to save stamina beware when u nearing 8000 exp points of hostile clauses oh and score as many goals as u can goals = exp points gl |
