players can have a high forcast and 60 ish progress. forcast is the highest a player MAY reach it does not mean he will reach that, also it warries a lot depending how good your coach is. if you have a 70% coach and another one have a 99% coach the player will have much higher forcast and progression and will use less time to reach his max potential.
