because progression, FC and AVG are not related in the way you think....avg 59 don't means Progression 59 (or more) like AVG 80 don't means progression 80 or more.... if you check in market you will see some 75 progression with current AVG 81+ |

yup exactly ![]() but if you early promote a junior (with early i mean that thy have not a "yellow P" or "Red P") they will lose more points of progression |

abbey_yung said: thanks, but i don't seem to understand with the fact that i heard that progression remain the same throughout a player career That is correct. Progression does not change unless you promote from juniors at the wrong time. It is just a number. The higher the number the faster the player's average increases. The daily increase is dependent on current average (increases come slower as average increases) age (young player progress quicker), motivation (from winning games and improved changing rooms), what you are training (ie, running, shots on goal, etc) and progression. So imagine two players on the same team... Same age, average, motivation and training. The guy with the higher progression will see a higher increase after training. |

Think of it this way. You have two painters: 1. Hugh Progressimo He is European, and thus, very artistic and capable with a brush. He also has a soul patch and wears his shorts above the knee. He can paint one painting per week (progression). This means he can paint twelve paintings a year. If he works for five years, he has a sixty painting forecast. 2. Lou Perguson He is American, and thus, good at nothing. He can barely finger paint two refrigerator sticky notes a year because he is so busy eating and cleaning his baby's gun. Obviously, he has a lower progression. After working five years, his forecast is barely ten paintings. As you can see, progression is our ability to do something and our forecast is that extrapolated over the length of our career. How fast do you train and how far will you get with it. Also, American's suck at painting. Edited by Heidstra 20-06-2013 19:24 |
