Please someone with an idea on how to get a coah with good average, should please make it clear. I currently have 81% and 83% for my junior and seniour team respectively, but i need a better coah before i begin to train them. | 19/07/2013 17:51 |

get 89 coaches - check every 20mis u on as list refreshes can take many weeks  |

You can also do Staff Roulette which is the repetitive hiring and firing staff members (i.e. Coach). I'd say give yourself a limit on amount of money you will spend on it. | 19/07/2013 19:14 |

To give an idea of what is possible (and for purely selfish reasons of wanting a better coach  ) I just played a game of staff roulette for my senior coach. It cost me $5.5M to upgrade from a 86% coach to a 93% coach. I went through about 20 coaches in that time (call me Chel$ea) and they ranged from anywhere between $100 to $150K per week. |
