I hostiled a player with 87 in brackets in his name. I forecast the player and his progress was 68 and his forecast which i assume is the red line at its peak was 77. Now do i have to delete the 87 if i sell the player or would i get penalised if i sold him him as his details i assume are wrong. Now i didn't give the player his name but if i sell him under this name and make a profit, is that good business or is it classed as misleading another player. 13/08/2013 19:38

You are responsible for whatever name is on the player when you sell him. If it is significantly wrong, you'll be penalized if the buyer complains.

i think... YES. only if you put him on auction. You've bought him.. then it's all goes on you.
but if someone hostile from you.. then i think you're cannot be blame on whatever numbers you put in bracket there..
just like the case of you hostile him from his previous owner.

Yes Im afraid, there is no excuse, if you sell him with the wrong name then you will be penalized. If you link the player we canreset the name for free. If you wish to somplain about the seller, then send me a message.

I would suggest to never buy a player based on his name unless you are willing to take the risk that it may be untrue. Seller may be fined, buyer will never get a refund. 13/08/2013 22:41

Misnaming a player to fool someone into a hostile can also be fined.

Think the risk trying to hostile a decent player is one of the fun parts of the game. I'm sure other players wouldn't think twice about hostiling one of my players if they thought they were going to get a good deal, and unless there is another way of spotting decent players other than their name then i ain't that clever. 14/08/2013 09:45
