Well, since this is a manager game, i kinda think you need to be able to at least manage your team whilst on the pitch, i think it should not only be preset tactics, since YOU are the manager, i think we all should be able to make changes during the game, when we want to... there should be the ability for a 1-2 minute pause between halves so managers can manage their tactics, formation, positions, etc. i dont know if this has been talked about before, but i know for sure there have been no recent discussions, just bringing it up! vote guys  |

Not possible to change tactics while the game is on. For you the game might be at 8:00 pm but based on my time zone it may be 2 am. You really dont expect me to get up at 2 am just to change tactics. For managers who cant be online while their game is on its a real disadvantage. This topic had been discussed many times and one answer "It will never be implemented" |

i guess if we all had no lives, only sat infront of the computer and logged into sm 24/7 it would work... but... thats not the case. |

it will be a cheat,if u are online and am offline.... You can make sub...you have to set and save it before the game... |
