Someone please help with training schedule to improve my junior CFs speed or is something wrong with my CF? Because i use the training effect table. 01/09/2013 18:33

Speed is hard to train for CFs.

I do the following for my junior forwards (RF, LF, CF):

2x attacking headers
2x crossing the ball
2x beating markers
2x sprint

I find it gives a good balanced training of passing, shots, dribbling, speed, strength and technique.

I do those 8 trainings, and only those 8 trainings, for my juniors. You can do them in what ever order you wish. 01/09/2013 18:49

That's penalty shots, not shots on goal.

Shots on goal doesn't train technique very well. Technique is very important for forwards.
