Why are some of my youth players having 50% motivations??? I have only 17 players in my youth squad and I've won every league match(juniors) this season!!! What could be the cause??? |

Players in 1st eleven get 105 moltivation, in Substitute 80 molt, in Reserve 50molt. Temp promoted players get 160 molt on return if you play him in senior squad |

I find it occurs when you sell or temp promote from your starting junior lineup (maybe bench warmers as well). When you click on the "automatic" button it gets everyone listed correctly even if it takes you a minute or two to get your preferred starting lineup/substitutes again. |
