I find it occurs when you sell or temp promote from your starting junior lineup (maybe bench warmers as well). When you click on the "automatic" button it gets everyone listed correctly even if it takes you a minute or two to get your preferred starting lineup/substitutes again. I think this ^^ would be a good suggestion. All your players are now at 100 or 80%. Its hard to know why they were off on another day. I would guess the above suggestion nailed it. you probably sold someone, or temp'd someone, and your line up got changed.
