EDIT - It seems I misinterpreted Razaaq's message. Ronnie and I initially tried to deal with this claim discretely, but Razaaq is clearly unhappy with the verdict. Razaaq made an appeal which questioned the stamina loss table results, initially for both Saturday's (16 loss) and Sunday's (25 loss) games. He claimed he used 8 stamina points, and not the amount detailed in the table. His appeal has been dealt with by myself and ronnie, and covered and explained numerous times to Razaaq, who, until now has offered no explanation as to why his effort may be over 0%, instead insisting he was on 0% effort. The appeal was declared invalid - Razaaq was using way over 0% effort for both games over the weekend, and therefore incurs 2 violations. If anyone feels we are being unfair on them, they are more than welcome to send an appeal to myself, ronnie, or Ali, and we will deal with the complaint discreetly. It is Razaaq who has decided to make this appeal public. I think there is no more space for discussion in this case. 2 points are there, no new argument on the table. My only advice is to review the tactics, get working phone and set the tactics regularly so that you don't get your last point before disqualification. |

Oh dear! +1 to me.  I was online earlier today, but I could only check notifications and respond to one or two messages. Then, we had an impromptu test in class this morning, and as such, I wasn't able to make changes to my team. Sorry guys. I'm glad I didn't beat Mayus. |

Brief update.. With respect to my business trip to Asia and a questionable internet connectivity here, I will post my full stats later. Data are being collected as usual, I am just limited with their analysis. Nobody will run away off the punishment if not playing in line with the rules After a short review of the data, the most important information to all managers is that there is no new disqualified team after this round, so everybody play nicely tomorrow and don't forget to smash existing black sheeps.
