Heya,

So for a long time, i thought staff would get better by themselves as they gain more experience by repeating their jobs day after day, however today i just figured out that this wasn't the case. I noticed there was a 'training' button when entering the staff list, and saw different options; course and degree. I also noticed that 'course' requires cash, while 'degree' requires golden balls. What is the difference, and is there any benefits for using one rather than the other? I have done some research and on this wiki site it said something about that a degree increases their % by 2, which i highly doubt contrasting it to the number of golden balls needed.

Does anyone know the answer?

Thanks,

Ninja Smarti

Many managers play the staff roulette game to find a coach in the mid to high 80's. This involves spending cash to hire and fire until you find the coach you want.

is it true that the more higher your club is playing at, the more likely you will find a high 80's staff?

I don't think so. If playing coach roulette remember to higher and fire the cheapest until u get one u want. I got a 80% this way in only a few shots. I then used gb's over a few seasons until he got to 99%.
