No. I was in Div 6 and I found a 90% junior coach by hiring/firing coaches. It took a fair few goes and probably cost me around £10m to £12m, but they do occasionally appear. As stated by others, just keep hiring and firing the cheapest option coach until the right one comes along. Managed to get a 78% coach and 73% youth coach. I think i'll stick with them at the moment until i've got some income, but there are higher ones? Edited by @yoyoyoyoyo 11-10-2014 07:01 |

Highest one is 99%. It's all right if you have hired fairly good ones. Check the staff once in a while if there are higher quality coaches available until you have money for the hire and fire game.
