Just like higher div can give their players on loan for lower divisions, lower divisions should be able to do the same!
It always depends on the agreement between the 2 managers: If a manager of higher division doesn't want to loan in a player of lower division it's his decision and vice versa.
I think it was originally thought that lower div have weaker players than higher divisions and that higher divisions wouldn't want to loan weaker players. However some teams of div2 - div3 div4 have very strong players worth of being loaned to higher div!

+1 . . . . I don't think that can work out, Cause some lower division managers will try to loan their players to higher div managers for them to help in training their players. Lower div's will get more privilege in doing that stuff. 07/12/2014 14:07

Same privilege that higher div are now getting from training their players in lower div teams, (from personal experience i'm now training my seniors in lower div)
Also if one of the 2 does not agree for the loan, it wouldn't happen, so it is a win win situation for both sides.

Many players loan in players they need to fill in positions; same as in real life lower divisions should be able to take loans from higher divisions but higher divisions should spend cash to get players. That is benefitial to lower division players.
Don't we want this game to be football simulator and not farm frenzy?

I could tolerate a one-division-lower team loaning a player to a one-division-higher team.

Ie: div 5 team loaning to a div 4 team or div 3 side loaning to div 2.

But let's not make it too big of a division gap. Ie, no div 5 loaning to div 2.

This really makes sense!! I completely agree!

However, the response that the system gives when you try to loan to a higher division is redicolous: the player doesn't want to beloaned to a higher division team!! Never heard of a player complaining for a trade to a better team

This is another rule geared to favour top teams. Its hard enough for lower teams to improve let alone have systems in place to keep them down.
