Right, there's not photoshop there But the stats are right. You must consider that the simulation is done 5 min before the game, and what we watch is a simple video. Sim loses some of these dates and doesn't show them.

I 'm rookie at Stryker, and regarding pass statistic in my last match I get 6/112 , 6 good pass on 112 ? , that's a bug or my players suck a lot? 11/02/2015 18:51

Hi Soloje,

Use the stats as an approximation as they're not always accurate. I watched the first 17 minutes of your game and your team had already made six good passes, so I'm sure they made several more than what was displayed, so there's no need to be concerned with exact numbers. However what the stats do suggest, and what you can see from watching the game is that your players are not supporting each other as much as they could.

Your team is reasonably high in the league, and you've won several games, but there are further improvements you can make to your team's strategy. The first, and most important change is to look into 'Advanced Formations'. Using this allows you to place every player on the pitch, except the goalie, wherever you want in relation to the ball. There are instructions on this on these forum explaining how this done. When you do start to position players using this feature you will be able to move players closer together which will give the team a better chance of making good passes.

You can adjust how short you want your players to pass. It's worth experimenting with all the adjustments and watch games to see what effect your adjustments have, and whether you're happy with the way the team plays. One thing to bear in mind; players tend to avoid passing to a player who has an opposing player close by, and they are much less likely to pass back than they are forwards.

A few tips that should help you on your way.

While upgrading the stadium is important, the most effective way to generate income, certainly during the early days, is to upgrade the Store. Upgrading this increases the sales of products, and further upgrades allow you to manufacture more items at one time. While there's far less income from the production of food and beverages, don't ignore Catering; even if you only have time to create the more expensive, and more profitable items on the list, it's free money, and every little helps!

During these very early stages there's no need to waste what little profit you make on Staff. Eventually hiring better staff makes much more sense, but if you haven't already don't waste valuable income on them. You can hire (and fire) Staff whenever you like.

Use the Market. If you click on the subject titles at the top of the market list you can view by Quality, for example; this is useful as you can clearly see which players are high priced and which are affordable. Or you may wish to view by price; which will allow you to instantly see who's available within your budget, and therefore target suitable players. When you do hire players, don't overpay them. Start by offering them low wages, and increase your offer by small increments. The wage you pay determines their 'Hostile Clause'; which is the price another Manager pays to hire them without your approval. Again, in the early stages of playing this cannot be done, so there's no need to overpay players. Presumably your plan is to gain promotion to the top leagues so its highly unlikely any of your current squad will be around to see that.

If you haven't already, find and play friendly games (these are played in between league games during the week) and join a Friendly League (these are played during the weekend). These will generate more income to help upgrade the store and increase the quality of your squad. If you want any further tips or help, by all means message me (it'll save you the hassle of dealing with the superiority complex displayed by some of the people on these forums, and the sea of illiterate answers you're likely to encounter!!!).
