Normally Every team in the game of football has four types of match training coaches. 1. Goalkeepers Coach 2. Defenders Coach 3. Mid fielders Coach 4. Attackers Coach One coach cannot do all this coaching job alone, its very tasking. Let the assistant manager bring in training reports from the four coaches. I hereby suggest that this coaching staffs should be added into the system. The Benefits include: 1. Edge over other competing SM sites 2. Improved gaming experience 3. SM customers satisfaction 4. More purchase revenue as GB's will be required to get reports weekly. 5. Players development improved. 6. A more competitive SM for managers to prove their grounds and tactical knowledge of the beautiful game. |

All managers train one position in juniors,its the only way to get good team. I train forwards,what will GK,def and mid coaches report after each training  |

Bad idea, My wage keep increasing instead of decreasing so this suggestion is a bad one for me. I will rather like free strippers for my strikers , maybe that can make them to stop shooting ridiculously. |

Training reports of course. Anyway, if this suggestion is adopted, I see a very competitive atmosphere in SM, as players will develop faster and weaker teams will raise to prove the current statement now in trend as, "there is no such thing as a small team anywhere in the world" long gone are the days when Big teams got all 3points easily. And if you have not noticed, many people stopped playing SM because they never had a competitive squad, and building one was not going to be done with the financial peanuts earned by such small teams. | 15/04/2015 23:03 |

So you want training to be x2 i wanted too when we voted long time ago but this was maximum we got. Fast training gains will kill SM |

I myself even gave up on SM. The players get tired easily, and there stamina regeneration is very slow. Training points a too slow. Financial earnings are very poor. How on earth were you guys able to build players up to 85-90 ratings? The gap between the rich and the poor, the poor still suffer even on SM. I just lost 5 from 5 matches, why because my key players are very tired and very slow to recover. Somebody help! | 15/04/2015 23:17 |

Lol It's simple, you score hattrick in a game and you'll end up scoring one stripper off the pitch. You score six in a game, you score two strippers off it. This will make them shoot on target to boost their chances of scoring instead of blasting it straight to throw ins. And about that double training, i go with Brezz. If trainings are tobe increased again it will be super easy to reach 90avg. It will rather be nice if trainings can be cut by 20% for managers that spend a year and above in the game, whiles newbies get the full length training till the reach a year in the game.
