Hi guys, I wondered what staff is worth it for a new team. I am wondering if it's worth it, to replace the financial adviser with a better guy. How much "better" is it if I upgrade from a two ball guy to a four ball guy? Is it linear (double the income) or how much can I expect? How much better is the training, if I upgrade my youthcoach from two to four balls? (Yea I know it's weird to talk about the balls of my staff  )Cheers Edited by Dijory 21-06-2015 16:08 |

For someone new,its useful if you have coach and youth coach at the highest level possible because: They affect your player's training. The better is your coach,faster will be your player's growth and thus faster will he become more valuable. There is no need for you to have a great financial adviser right now as their function is to grant you higher amounts in loan,but in div.6,it wont be too much..so for now,it will be best if you have more than 4.5 balls(90%+) coaches, more than 3.5 balls(70%+) psychologist. For the psychologist,they lift your player's morale. When your team loses a game,the players lose some morale and their averages drop down temporarily,but you dont want that. So you would need a decent psychologist. Doctors and scouts become of more use after a decent time,so any guy is fine fr them atm. Btw go through these posts,they are of great help for a newcomer.
