PUNISHMENT is the only way this can be solved coz devs cant do anything about it. So i will suggest this : 1 day without training or low motivation - just WARNING 2 days - retain team for 72 hours 3 days - points deducted/money punishment Something like this can and MUST be done coz it will depend on our @s not devs. A lot of managers who like this game and work hard to make their team better will be out coz some low div team want to have defender,middlefielder and forward on loan. This is becomeing predictable and boring. Wont even loan out others, they'll train better on 54% with me than with those that are filling the positions |

I was lucky with all my loaned out players. Just one jr rw which was a swap deal caused me some problem. He started training forwards despite having my winger on loan and was like your player improves 4/7 day at 80% ..whats ur problem? So i told him his junior 93pg gk will go to the red position in my jr squad cuz i anyways dont care even if that rw turns out to be shit and guess what,i got him to train wingers  Edited by Rollicker 10-07-2015 17:21 |

If I ahd trained all my forwards myself I would have been the 'Happy One'. Those managers will always beg you with their life to get a high profile players, and hence would end up thrashed out ur player by training other position.
