We can, but then what do we do to the guy who did not care to do a proper background check before trusting a stranger with the player? Why aren't we learning lessons?
All I can ask for is a fully functional loan cancel button for those fiscals who have it.

Background check wont help,you are missing a point here.

You can do all things you need to do before loaning out and still your player can be f*cked up after.

I got very good trainer few seasons back he trained my player well and then somehow he decided not to train him anymore and didnt reply on my messages.

There must be punishment included or this will go on forever.

If there is punishment trainers will think 10 times before asking a LOAN not spam all SM and take GK+IM+CF on loan and destroy them.

I like that ''loan cancel'' button but if we need to wait for devs to do that it will never happen.

It must be something that depend only on our @s

The person who previously posted those links of his players, I can see two of three training today, I have no idea whether the said player is being trained properly. Just the words from the lender aren't enough to warrant a fine for the loanee.
Though it will be helpful to the slightest extent if the lender adds evidence (like pictures of everyday training for a week) and I will be very much willing to do something about it.
But after all this, is it guaranteed that the loanee will now schedule training as he promised? You may still find your player wasting his season there.
That's where this magical button will help us. Like I said, we need it fixed nonetheless.

Cut short the long procedure of reporting, fiscals detaining the accused, questioning and sanctioning, to simply reporting with compelling evidence and we press the button.
This happens more than once with the same user, we'll start applying sanctions.

Yes with screenshots of course from few days without training.

Yesterday none of that 3 players were training if i saw well.

Maybe you @s can come up with better solution coz mine is maybe too hard.

1 day with no training or 25%-60% motivation = ?
2 = ?
3 = ?
etc

It could be dealt with through a system that would work as HOF points. Player not trained 1 point each day he didnt recieve training. 20 Poits you get a bring back button or something like that. Just an idea. And by trained I mean trained, not 0,01 thing. 11/07/2015 15:03

Even the bring back button that appears when hasn't schedule any training for 7 days doesn't work properly... It appears only once and if you don't click on it, won't appear anymore

I did my assignment well, I monitor the. managers to the extent of studying there training schedule.

I would have love to paste each managers conversations here but I won't like any managers being expelled from the game but deducting points from such managers would be much better.

Hi,

I took a loan on a player and don't even know what I clicked for that. Of course I am not going to train that player to the optimum, as he is expensive and I didn't want to take the loan on him anyway (Also don't get anything for having him). I have no way of getting rid of that expensive junior and there is no way I should get sanctioned if I don't train that guy, as I have made no promise of training him anyway.

It is clear that a cancel loan button would be the only solution, but from both sides. OF course there can be some financial repurcussions (as if you fire a player), maybe the other team gets some of that money, but it has to be possible to cancel loans.
