Then, don't hijack other threads about different topics. If you still have doubts, create a new one. About your question, your XP will grow by winning games and scoring as many goals as possible. And about the skills, you have to give them minutes on the field for them to earn experience. You'll get a skill point once the player(s) reach a certain ammount of xp.
