i have a 14 yo who needs over 100k a week for a 2.5 mill clause. why is this?

This is him, hope the link works. Bottom story he is a sh*t player, doesn't deserve the pay. Resign him with a lower wage, make it 250 then fire his a**

Players have a 'Fidelity' rating that determines how much you have to pay to keep them. It seems tied to their starting average too. This player has low average and low fidelity - so you pay a lot to keep him.

I'd fire him personally.

i probably will fire him, but he has good progression so i might split the risk and give it a few weeks first.

i probably will fire him, but he has good progression so i might split the risk and give it a few weeks first.

Keep training and resigning him every few days and you'll see the release clause increases gradually. When he reaches 30 avg more or less he'll got a normal salary and release clause.

I always thought its related strictly to overall average, so now I was browsing through profiles of players....where is this fidelity seen?
