Players have a 'Fidelity' rating that determines how much you have to pay to keep them. It seems tied to their starting average too. This player has low average and low fidelity - so you pay a lot to keep him. I'd fire him personally. |

Keep training and resigning him every few days and you'll see the release clause increases gradually. When he reaches 30 avg more or less he'll got a normal salary and release clause. |

I always thought its related strictly to overall average, so now I was browsing through profiles of players....where is this fidelity seen? |
