Players have a 'Fidelity' rating that determines how much you have to pay to keep them. It seems tied to their starting average too. This player has low average and low fidelity - so you pay a lot to keep him.

I'd fire him personally.

I always thought its related strictly to overall average, so now I was browsing through profiles of players....where is this fidelity seen?

Fidelity is useless, high fidelity players ask for more salary only when you hire them, but you can resign them with lower salary after signing them.

Keep training and resigning him every few days and you'll see the release clause increases gradually. When he reaches 30 avg more or less he'll got a normal salary and release clause.

nice, thanks.
