juniors don't train in school. it is better to promote them immediately. only their ages increase |

so when you promote them and their av is 17 but prog is 57 how does that effect their av? |

prog is the rate at which they train. the higher the prog the faster they train |

for div4-6, promote any players over 70 prog. dont waste your time with below 70 avg. i only promote players over 80 prog, and most of those i will sell for extra cash. |
