I believe the addition to the rating varies from staff member to staff member. The player's former (final) average may affect the value of X - others will need to confirm. What explanation do you really need from this again? One more time, the % added to the staff varies. Depending on average and hall of fame points. |

Yes, the player's ave has nothing to do with this, what matters most is the ave of the outgoing staff. |
