I have 19 schools and for 6 season I only had 1 player 15yo 89 progression at the end of the season, 2 season ago. I can see team getting better youth progression on the regular basis. Please someone explain. I will close all the schools and with 25M cost weekly I can get better player. So for the new managers, do not open schools, it's not worthed, it's a trap. The fact that it's based on luck is the major issue causing the disadvantage, I have 40 schools, I can't remember the last time I get a proper junior from any of them, all I get is junkies. Some managers keep getting good and high progression players while others are getting nothing. This is really not cool! |

Three points: 1) high progression players are much more - or only - likely to come from excellent rated schools from the highest-rated countries, 90-100% countries. 2) some managers are getting them because I have seen them on the auction this season and purchased some. I've also seen 14yr old 93prog fwds sell this season for several hundred million $$$ 3) if no one has schools, there won't be any high progression juniors or any juniors at all... |

Yeah, I miss papa guinea , Somalia, Malta, and Bahamas I do think I will get a prodigy from there Plus a will destroy russia/killers bastards. I refuse to do anything with them. Even outside the game. Anyway, after complaining I got 2 good youth May this the strategy. Complaing and you get it.
