Admins, Here's a solution for you... As you claimed you have 15000 teams, and at the moment you have 280+ angry managers who got punished for your own mistakes and signed some good players who were free agents (still don't understand why we get punished for signing free agents). just reverse your punishment, to make people happy (they are some of your most active players), and figure out how to make sure it doesn't happen next season if free agents are such a big deal for you. And be fair to everyone... If one manager outbit, outsmarted, invested his time in this game he should be rewarded not punished. They make this game interesting, not the ones who show up once a month... I was in another soccer management game but didn't like the interface, I got a message that I haven't logged on for a while and I will lose my team if I don't. And I think it's fair. You guys do it the other way, you making sure that active managers who use the market, scout and coach secretary stay even with the ones who don't. That's not being fair to others, that's screwing the active players. |

Godson said: What happens to all the players that managers have fired to make room in their squad? Can they be signed for free, or have they been put on auction, or will they be deleted? They will delete those aswell, as there is no justice in this game. And we all live by the grace of the admins and their "good" judgement. Edited by Frantiiiiic 20-06-2011 19:13 |

rebsiot said: @Rand, You are limited by your assumptions and internal knowledge. What was supposed to happen: 1 .- Players finish their contract (Everyone knew) 2.- Players are put on auction according to their price age (everyone knew) 3- Players that are not sold on auction, get deleted. (no one knew for sure except admin...) We know what happened. 1 .- Players finish their contract (Everyone knew) 2.- Players are put on auction according to their price age (everyone knew) 3- Players that are not sold on auction became free agents (caused by a bug that no one knew about) Here's what the player saw 1. Players finish their contract 2. Players are put on auction at inflated price, determined by admin (or "players union") 3. Players that are not sold at auction, become free agents, without being artificially priced. Perfectly logical. Admin imposed a window on every free agent that was the length of the auction. Within that window, people who wanted the player would pay the price After that "buy at auction" window closed, then the player was a free agent, available the same as any other player without a team. Don't be limited by where you are standing, put yourself in my shoes. 3. Well put Reb. At this point it's going to be challenging for admins to make a choice to both appease the mass and better the progress of the game. Few, if any right choices, but a ton of wrong ways to go about it. I'm more interested in seeing how they'll manage to handle it. |

i must agree with admins here... game will be very unbalanced if they dont reduce by 20% and market will be a complete mess. only problem here is salary when you sign these players(u sign 50+ and give him 15 000 and then he is reduced to 40 with same salary) |

I've increased the players salary but tht doesnt go down like the averages... come onnn... I bought them... I dont care if it was a bug or somethin what I care abt is the money I'm gonna lose and of course the games i'm gonna lose just because the admins felt like decreasing the averages because of their OWN FAILUREEEE... when u think abt it it was really not my fault tht the game had a bug... I'm suffering frm admins failures... If u want the game to improve u should cut down on those BUGS and stop taking it on the users... do admins see this? | 20/06/2011 19:51 |

And the fact that managers fired players to make place for the free players The financial advantage that some managers had by direct selling them ... it's a lot more complicated |

It's akin to being sent an last minute email about the next test being a open book test. For those who he get the email in time, they get graded and rewarded by the teacher only to have the teacher turn around and accuse you for cheating and lowering your mark. |
