Hey guys, I had a little question. How do I get more stamina for my players? Because I have a few players in my line up with only 40 stamina, but fitness and morale are both more then 90. |

The only way to recover freshness is resting, to avoid an excessive consumption pay attention to effort setting, and if needed lower it. Maximum daily recover is 10 points (9.9, if i remember well), if fitness is 99%, and you can't do more. Lower fitness reduces daily freshness recovery. Edited by elmilo 27-01-2013 14:18 |

Are you training them every day? Your squad shows no training yesterday and your fitness is not 99%, which leads me to believe that you aren't ordering training. They only recover stamina if you do a training on a given day. | 27/01/2013 14:32 |

D effort part is really important jxxt try n knw d effort range dt works best for u...for mi tis around 60- 80..once u get dt u can play upper limits for harder teams and play even lower effort for smaller teams or less important matches. | 03/02/2013 06:53 |

Firstly you would have to send your physiotherapist to work everyday to recover the fitness lost or when they drop below 99. As the recovery for stamina is directly affected by the fitness of your players, recovering fitness will aid in a faster recovery of stamina. I.E 99 fitness would recover 9.9 stamina and 90 stamina would recover 9.0 stamina providing you have training that day as mentioned by @sabrefan Secondly, as mentioned by most of the people here.. the effort you use in games are also important . rest the tired players for a few matches and stamina should be up.. or play lower effort against system bots.. in your case. i suggest you rotate your players during games and play low effort for easy game. also use physio everyday now.. the ability to use the correct effort each game and win will ensure your players having 99stamina every game ![]() |

When physio is needed? Since the beginning of this season, my players have 99 fitness, when goes it down? In the past fitness was low (50% or 60%, i don't remember exactly) when a new season began, but now? I see fitness stays at 99 even after an injury, have any sense run physio everyday, with fitness at 99%? You need to run your "Physiotherapist" once a day to keep Fitness levels. You also need to run your "Psychologist" once a day to keep up Moral. Moral drops if on Reserves, or loss of game, as long as you run your Psychologist once a day you will keep Moral at 99%. Same with Physiotherapist and 99% Fitness. During season change if you keep a training program those values dont drop any more, at least this season not for me. |
