What do you guys think about Durnorf's idea? I think it's great. We didn't put up enough fights when it was clear that they were abandoning this server. They have a Twitter and Facebook account. There's also info@strikermanager.com. We can use these media! We can also message the active administrators here. No verbal insults. No racist words. |

Don't want to be the pessimist here but.. (and there must be a but)  There are only 39 people who participated in this vote.. We need more people to participate. This disproves m1shu 's argument: this suggestion has been for almost a week now and not many managers voted and were active to participate. Let's say for example as ali suggested and we write a post on facebook how many likes and comments would it get? Even if we send them private messages they would probably have upto 50 max messages from managers (37 from this post) It's true that there are about 300 online managers now but i don't see much fighting for it. IF we need the developers to listen we NEED TO MAKE IT LOUD AND CLEAR! We need to gather more supporters I know that many managers not participating in this forum would be on our side but we need to get this point to them! I suggest we send the link of this thread to as much managers as we can! and encourage them to participate more..  Even though SM is clear and simple I think many managers and specially new ones wouldn't try to open the forum or wouldn't even notice it.. i was like that a couple of seasons before. But, the plan is just to get their attention. I don't really think we need to talk to them. Yeah, we actually need to, but that will be after we have captured their attention. So, the messages we'd be sending to them need not be replied. |

you might be right, and you might be wrong. The fact is that 39 is pretty much for the forum, not everybody uses it, in fact most of the managers don't. And the ones that do, don't really seek some of the topics, just the market one. My suggestion would be to send the link of this post in your private leagues and leagues so we get as many managers aware of the topic. The more people get involved, the more the chance of someone taking a notice from Uplay. As for the admins, I see a lot of them posting in this topic, they are the ones that could get more managers in on this. As for the facebook page, there are very few people engaged in discussions there, and most of the page is spanish related, but emails to Uplay, facebook messages, a big topic here with lots of votes will make them think about it more. Just imagine that there are over 300 managers online all the time, 2 years after they stopped developing the game, that's pretty amazing, for an online game, most of these game come and go in a few months years. I miss the days when that number was way above 1000 or even more, but I think we can bring those days back.
