Recently, I have seen that many managers from the lower divisions borrow players while they promise the best quality's training and at some point they stop the training..

...also stop talking to you...

just use your player...

maybe destroy or put a break on your player's development...

...maybe talk to you bad while you are being polite to them...

That has to stop.

I suggest that the manager that has loaned a player should be able to take the player back if he is being fooled by the other manager. Of course the "loaner" would not have all the freedom to do what he/she wants...an admin would watch the case in order to make clear that all the action taken is justified.

Also, if the "borrower" is hostile and irritates, a deduction of points should not considered out of the question.

Thanks in advance

No problem. I have never had issues with loans going bad but I know a lot of people have.

Threads like this have come up before and the general response is to only loan to people you can trust. The best insurance against to have your players properly trained is to loan them to well respected managers.

By loaning to someone who you don't have a good relationship with puts you at that risk. You shouldn't complain for putting yourself at risk. If you want your players trained, then loan to good people you trust.

Arsenal..this is not real life...this is a game... I do not have to and I am not able to stay all day online so that i know all the managers that exist.

also, if a player is not good for my team he has to go to a lower division team, which is the newest members of the community.

it is so difficult to find a team that trains well and even if you are very careful, it may go badly.

No.

the solution is not for us to be more careful 'cause it s the most careful we can get. We have to create a clause that will be effective and secure for all of us.

If not, every manager will go away from the game and I dont believe that s something "SM creators" want.

Of course this isn't real life. I never implied one should play the game all the time as that would be truly absurd. I don't play all the time, but I still manage to foster some good friends on here whom I can trust to loan out to.

He doesn't have to go to a lower division; he can still go to another team in your division. In division3 and 4, there are a plethora of managers who know how to train well.

We all understand that manager may lie and not train out player well, but that's the risk of each loan. You have to remember that loans are a privilege, not an obligation. The other manager is taking your player for a season out his courtesy. There is nothing in this game that says he HAS to train your player.

I don't believe it would be effective to instill a clause forcing the other manager to return their player. 1) it would be more work for the fiscals and mods and 2) such a clause would have gray areas ie. parameters would have holes that people would still complain.

As you said, this is just a game right? If you're upset about someone ruining yor loan, then it shouldn't affect if you want to leave the game or not as it is just a game.
