some ideas for helping with the issue;

players go up to 125 stats.

many millions and good advice for new users.

simulation changed so wide players (l/rb, l/rmf, l/rw) are worth something.

more even money split to divisions, or more divisions with less groups(ideally both).

edit - get rid of formation rights, no one wants to buy a player knowing they will lose 10% on the sale, that kills the transfer market more than any other factor, including inflation

Formation rights haven't killed the transfer market. You may be one of the only people I have heard complain about it. Most forget about it, sell a player, scratch their head wondering where 10% went, then remember the formation rights.

As for the sim change to make wide players worth something, that is a great idea that I have also mentioned. Not only would it put money into the hands of lower div managers, it would make the sim more competitive and reduce the complaint from the ES server that everyone uses the same formation....

My solution: Open up one additional division 1 group.. and however many additional div2 and div3 that would require to ensure promotion/relegation works correctly. This would put more money in the game. If you want those >85 players to be bought... more managers need the cash to acquire them!

Edited by Buckeye623 09-02-2016 16:01

I disagree with opening up more groups in the divisions, but I don't disagree with the fact that money needs to be pumped into lower divisions, or money needs to be taken out of upper divisions. In a month and a half in div 2 I've already gotten more from my stadium than I did all last season in div 3. Last season i lost 200m being in div 2, this season I'm set to make 500m because of it. That's a bad discrepancy. Not saying it should all be even, but it just means the rich get richer. This has been going on since forever. Way back when I was newer the teams in div 1 and 2 were all extremely well off and had rapidly growing teams. If you weren't one of them, well, sorry.

You say this but some teams in div 1 aren't gaining money, they are just struggling through with expenses, some are even losing money every week.

Prime example is div 1 leader champos, he pays about 150m+ per week expenses and with that he hasn't got any schools, at 45m per home game he doesn't even gain his expenses on a 3 home game week nevermind 2.

Also if any team drops from div 1 into div 2 they lose a big amount of money weekly, the last time I was there I had expenses of around 100m which was impossible to make from stadium alone.

Look at brezz in div 5, he gains 12m per home game, with a finished stadium without the exp of brezz I expect around 9-10m for div 5, for me instead of changing the revenue I'd change the stadium building, make the building time shorter and cheaper.

champos and other div 1 teams like him have such high weeklies because of the absolute fear they will have their players hostiled by one of the 10 or 20 people with billions to spend. That is a choice point, not a game flaw. The game flaw was not having an incentive to spend money instead of sit on it - for example, a 10% fine on total balance at the end of every season for any team with over $1b in deposits. And eliminating deposits eliminates the incentive to sit on money - it doesn't create an incentive to spend money.

As well, many managers in upper divisions are paying higher weekly salaries to their youth than lower divisions - even if the youth have the same stats in both places. That's just not required!

I'd think higher divisions would have those youth at LOWER salaries -- after all, there's a problem finding a buyer for those youth once the training is completed, right? So if the hostile point was lower, these players would be more apt to be sold earlier, thereby increasing cash-on-hand for the higher division team AND decreasing their weekly nut by a million+ per week.

This was something that was discussed at length, and as I predicted, the cost of youth hurt lower Div teams significantly more. It would be far better to have differential cost structures based on the Div you are in (but I doubt the dev's can do that....)

This is interesting suggestion from vgates i am confident this will help market and we will not see tons of ~95avg players going for peanuts on market.

Hearing complaint after complaint about loans each season, I suggest eliminating loans entirely.

+1
This will up market prices,div.1 and div.2 teams = 100 teams got like 200+ players on LOAN ~95avg.
When you cant loan you must train or buy and market will be more active and prices will go up.

Few points on removing loans

A lot of teams dont train loans and damage the other team even getting GK,DFM+CF

Market will go up again coz number of ~95avg players will drop a lot

Its not fair to face team with those CFs on loan with funny salary

Many teams loan their best players to team that is not interested in playing this game he just train their players to maximum(like that case with CFs with huge XP)

Teams that took loans are all dead in long term, taking loan its the worst thing you can do in this game

If you take 3 loans per season and dont loan out you lose ~1B
its ~150M+ per player profit if you have your own 90+prog players to train,so not taking loans and train your own players will give you ~450M per season + if you loan 3 out thats another 450M so close to 1B per season

It will be easier for @s

Substitute
I'm glad I'm not the only one that saw through the selfish interests these managers have for propping up the market. I've played this game for many years and I always thought it made no sense to spend over 400M on buying a player or having to pay absurd weekly wages to prevent hostile clause.

I think you've had the best solution "Let people train their own teams up". In the real world clubs don't focus on just one position so I hope Uplay will change that and kill the farm system many managers use.

I dont want to say anything before but i have no choice i have 4 point:
1.The winging(RW LW) position has lost it value in the game imagine a 78 average RW auction bought at 3M (sound odd)
2.to make more money there is no need to create more group just make friendly income =half dont make it 10%.
3.i dont see anyting wrong in loan system but it has become part of many manager they cant do without taking loan to promote and even though you are to take loan take loan for 1 side alone e.g if it is forward you want you can take only (RF CF LF)e.t.c
4.reducing player prog(i disagree).

I have never loaned out a player. Not once.

I never took a loan until I was in Div 3 and in merc PL. Not one loan. I took a loan for a PL mate and only used the player for PL, cup, and friendlies.

I made it to Div 2 last season, without, ever having used a loan in my line-up during a league game.

It is absolutely possible to promote without loans. And I did so against teams that had loaned in players.

In the long run, as brezz will tell you, loans benefit the loaning manager far more than the loanee.
