Should certain tactics, such as these, be susceptible to punishment as per the exploitation of game bugs rule?

This player isn't the first to use this tactic, we saw it in div 1 last season for a few games. We spoke to admin about it and their response was basically, they don't like people doing it, and want to discourage it, but also don't like the idea of punishing for it. That's the way it is right now people  |

My personal feeling is, while I agree this tactic is a negative one, it is not against the rules to create. If that person feels it is the only way for them to win then they will have nothing when they are defeated. And I think there is a lot of freedom in the simulator, we should not be discouraging creativity. Ideas like this are never permanent, but if the simulator stays the way it is now then of course formations will evolve. The game of football didn't start with 4-4-2, that idea was developed more than a century after the game was created. I'm interested to see where the sim ends up, the only way to change it is for devs to change the nature of it (prevent backpasses, fix offside from throw-ins etc). Like others that have posted here, I have no interest in creating a formation like this (although it is ridiculously simple to implement). I prefer my team to attack aggressively but that's just me. I think it's good that the sim is free like this, for it to evolve these kinds of formations need to exist. It's up to you how you perceive it |

Because i will play with this tactic in the new striker, and i need know before. |

Nothing get fixed anymore on this game according to dev, they may consider it in New SM. I think the manager of the school of thought as Mourinho, win at all cost with tactics that suits your opponent, even if you have to play rugby-like or packed-up the 18yard box(standford bridge wall).  |

that is just ridiculous, only just noticed this thread. obvious bug. point one, when the hell do CF pass usually? he would have usually just ran straight at goal and had a shot. point two, its an obvious exploit/bug. devs should just put in a cycle cancel, that after goal keeper has received 5 passes from same player in a row with out anyone else touching the ball he should kick it off the pitch. none the less that also wouldn't work as the legitimate teams players do not act as they should when this formation is being played. no matter how anyone try's to rationalize it, it is an obvious exploit which should be stopped. |

If you want to test it in alpha mode then I can't see a problem with that. |
