Should certain tactics, such as these, be susceptible to punishment as per the exploitation of game bugs rule?

I would suspect most of the individuals who voted for this are not your average manager but individuals who spend quite a bit of time making this game what it is. |

By the devs...by the way, im in the majority in the poll. I think its a terrible exploitation of the ability of a GK to take the ball from a teammate. I think it needs to be stopped, but we were told not to punish it. | 27/02/2014 23:07 |

It's like using a cheat code to beat Super Mario brothers, sure you beat it, but you didn't have the skills to actually do it how it should be done. Unless devs declare something to be true bug tactics there really isn't anything we can do. It opens us up to people messaging us because they think that someones tactic wasn't fair and they lost and requires us to make a judgement call on a game, or just wastes time because someone doesn't think they could have lost. As much as some people may think fiscal punishments are random or without basis, there are at least numbers we can use to judge these things on, and it can be disputed or upheld. I liked aleph's suggestion a lot. Not happy with someone's tactics like this? band together and figure out a way to mess with it or even beat it, share it with the group and take him down. I can't imagine he'd like it too much if he knew everyone was conspiring to beat him. |

Aleph idea is nice but naive.. from div3 and below, hardly half of the team will reply to you, and if they do, what do you think will happen? take Pati, already ready to use this formation on the new server, that will be the same for most of the team you will message. Not only they will use it against that team, but they will use it against everyones I cant just imagine a new guy coming on chat and saying "hi, I played a game today, and after my opponent scored the first goal, the GK kept the ball in his hand and everyone stayed there standing" and me replying "you noob, that the way the game is played here" I know this was reporting to the devs once already, but then reporting again. For most this is not the game we want to play. Link this poll, link the buggy games (because one the ball stay stuck btwn the GK and his mate 3m above it s clearly a bug) until the devs really look into it, i cannot believe they can let all the games be played that way |

I am considering playing 100% effort till I score then drop to this formation with low effort. Will help win games, protect stamina, and players might be cheaper since I only need 11 good ones. |

By the way i droped a record of 26 stamina points against this, not only he saved stamina at 0 effort, but the opponent for no reason is doomed to lose more than 2 days will recover |

Hey, if this continues and more & more managers play this way... then i think this will become the standard way of playing. This is a extreme view, but by doing nothing, the devs are watering a plant which will devour the game. My only request is that the @'s should contact anyone who is reported of using this tactic and let them know in a stern manner that it's not the right thing. Also as Heid said, send a general note to everyone on not abusing the formations to take advantage of bugs. That should not need a dev to sign off on.
